The Role:*

We are expanding our Digital Marketing Team and recruiting a Digital Automation Manager; this is a brand new role in the team reporting to the SEO Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in building the content automation landscape for the Frontiers' website content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a team integrating automation techniques to assist Content teams in their daily work
  • Scout, evaluate and integrate automation tools for content creation
  • Create and maintain tool selection procedures Coordinate the integration of new tools with the SEO Project Manager
  • Report on the usage and the efficiency of the tools
  • Liaise with all the teams involved in content creation
  • Support the collection of data for content creation

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Education: PhD or Master's degree with management experience in Informatics, Physics, Life sciences or equivalent
  • Experience in large data analysis, AI, automation or content production
  • Desirable 3+ years of experience in scientific or AI related fields
  • Knowledge of AI tools
  • Experience in software integration projects
  • Development techniques (SCRUM) and languages (python ,SQL, …)
  • Project management experience leading technical specialists
  • Strong capacity to communicate and coordinate work with a variety of internal stakeholders, such as design and development teams
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to produce clear and concise data-driven reports and presentations
